Relatively speaking, ultrasonic welding equipment still requires certain technical knowledge. The results of ultrasonic welding require technicians to debug the mold and the bottom mold accordingly. Only by matching the data can a good result be welded. Between the controller control boxes, long-term maintenance is required:
1. Ultrasonic welding host
1) Do not place the host in a humid, dusty or overheated place.
2) Do not put liquid products on the host, keep it clean, and do not use liquid to clean it when wiping.
3) If it exceeds 7 days or the use time is sparse, please cover it with a dust cover.
4) When it is not used for a long time, it must be fixed once for 5 to 7 days.
5) Pay attention to cleaning the filter of the air pressure source. If 1/2 of the water is retained, it should be removed immediately.
6) The ground wire needs to be grounded.
7) Except for necessary maintenance, you should avoid opening the body as much as possible, and at the same time, be sure to unplug the power supply and release the residual capacitance when opening it.
2. Ultrasonic welding mold
1) Knock or damage the mold, it is easy to change the vibration frequency.
2) The mold prevents pig iron or oxidation, and it is sealed and wiped with oil cloth when not in use.
3) Lightly coat the bottom screw surface with butter when installing the mold.
4) The ultrasonic mold has been specially inspected and designed, and the frequency and output current are fixed. Do not cut or drill to change any appearance, otherwise it will affect the life of the vibration system and the control box.
5) When loading and unloading the mold, it must be handled with care to prevent the thread slip of the horn mold.
3. Ultrasonic generator control box
1) When the sound wave inspection is not installed with the mold, the ammeter indication should not exceed 2 grids (small grid).
2) Press the check switch to stop for 1 second within 3 seconds. Do not press it continuously for more than 3 seconds to maintain the life of the vibrator and the burning of electronic parts.
3) The ammeter should not exceed 9.5A during operation (when there is mold welding).
4) Avoid dust, metal, etc. falling into the control box, resulting in short-circuit damage.
5) Always keep clean air circulation.
