4. When the upper and lower vibration system is powered by 3kW, the thickness of the weldable aluminum parts reaches 10mm, and the strength of the solder joints reaches the strength of the material itself. 5. Ultrasonic butt welding is a new method developed in recent years, mainly used for metal butt welding. The welding equipment is composed of upper and lower vibration systems, hydraulic sources that provide contact pressure, and weldment clamping devices. One end of the left welding piece is fixed with a fixture, and the other end is sandwiched between the upper and lower vibration systems for ultrasonic vibration; the end face of the right welding piece is butted with the left welding piece, clamped by the fixture, and contact pressure is applied to the right welding piece.
