Second, when the frequency of the ultrasonic mold is normal, we start to enter the parameter setting interface for parameter setting. The equipment with FD suffix has six welding methods, which can meet the welding requirements of most customers. The six welding modes are:
1. Time mode (mainly welding by controlling the welding time)
2. Energy mode (mainly welding by controlling welding energy)
3. Power mode (mainly welding by controlling the power supply of the equipment)
4. Pressure mode (mainly welding by controlling the pressure of the welding contact product)
5. Depth mode (mainly welding by controlling the descending depth of the welding head)
6. Relative depth mode (mainly by controlling the descending depth of the welding head after contacting the product, generally used in conjunction with pressure triggering)
In addition to the six welding modes, the electric box is also equipped with three welding trigger modes (wave sending modes), which are:
1. Time trigger (control horn falling time)
2. Pressure trigger (controls the pressure of the welding head touching the product)
3. Depth trigger (control the descending depth of the welding head)
The above three trigger modes refer to the modes in which the ultrasonic horn starts to emit sound waves after reaching the set parameter position.
Third, if we adjust the welding mode parameters, we still can't achieve the expected welding effect (the effect is too strong or does not meet the requirements), then we can also adjust the amplitude, commonly known as the amplitude. The greater the amplitude, the greater the output of the ultrasonic machine, and the easier it is to damage the product.
Fourth, after the adjustment of the above three points is completed, we have achieved the expected effect, but found that the welding is very unstable. At this time, we need to adjust the air pressure to keep the air pressure stable. Of course, don't worry about instability if the device is driven by a servo motor.
Finally, even if the debugging of the ultrasonic welding machine is simple, customers only need to learn this part, and they can solve most of the debugging problems by themselves.
